
WIPP drops down to one transport company
The U.S. Department of Energy has contracted one company to continue waste transportation services to the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant near Carlsbad.
CAST Specialty Transportation, Inc., of Henderson, Colorado, was awarded the five-year, $112 million-maximum contract on Thursday.
